A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll move your site(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost information and undesirable network downtime. For this reason, we will perform all that for you for free!We’ve got highly accomplished administrators whose only assignment is to make sure that your web site works precisely as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon famous scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, since there are plenty of factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to move your site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not large).

A: Yeah. We’ll require the name of the web site that you want us to move. We will also need a means to access your old hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your web site.

A: Yeah. We support all standard Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, because we don’t offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
